• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and determine when work should be carried out.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals on the premises following Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and manage own initiative.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service, and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
