Job Description
This is a Team Manager role responsible for leading the majority of our colleague population and delivering sales, commerciality and service standards within your store. You will be flexible to work across various departments and help our people be the best they can be.

Your key accountabilities will include:
- Driving a selling culture within your team.
- Consistently raising performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent.
- Utilising and exploiting data to support operational decisions.
- Implementing a continuous improvement mentality within the team and working in partnership with the wider team.
- Energising your team to deliver first‑class customer service within a fast‑paced environment.
Your skills and experience will include:
- Proven leadership track record and the ability to lead effectively through.
- Digital confidence with an understanding of systems and the ability to exploit them.
- Comfortable having difficult conversations and able to resolve effectively with colleagues and line managers.
- Capacity to juggle a number of priorities while maintaining an excellent standard and working with pace.
- Demonstrated flexibility and resourcefulness to change, and the ability to lead teams through change with a growth mentality.
