Are you looking for a high‑profile role where you can make a real difference to NHS services and the communities we serve? CFT is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to play a key leadership role within our Contracts Team.

This pivotal role supports the delivery of the Trust's contracting function, with a focus on commissioning contracts, including managing the lifecycle of various contracts and overseeing contracts with third‑party organisations. • Provide key support within the Trust for the delivery of the contracting function.
  • Act in the role of both a Provider Contracts Manager and a Contracts Manager where CFT subcontracts and commissions services with third‑party organisations.
  • Work with senior managers within the organisation and external bodies within the NHS commissioning milieu (ICB, NHS England and Local Authorities) and with third‑party clinical services providers.
  • Support the Head of Contracts in leading the contracts function for the Trust, ensuring appropriate contract governance and legal arrangements are in place.
  • Undertake continual evaluation of the contracts function to ensure the team is agile and responsive.
