Kernow Health CIC is seeking two ambitious Neighbourhood Health Programme Managers to lead the development and delivery of Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) across East Cornwall. You will work with clinical leaders, partner organisations and communities to deliver neighbourhood priorities and embed the ICS neighbourhood model.
Initially you will establish strong neighbourhood arrangements, support Steering Groups and develop deliverable plans, with potential for greater operational oversight
