Corserv Care in Cornwall is seeking a proactive Community Care Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of the Reablement team, manage schedules for Support workers, and ensure services run efficiently. You will supervise staff, conduct appraisals and 1:1 reviews, deliver Care Certificate training, and maintain records in line with CQC requirements.
