Active Plus is seeking a Female Veteran Engagement Worker in Cornwall to identify, engage and support female Veterans. The role uses a gender-informed, trauma-aware approach to provide advocacy, needs assessments and guided access to services across health, wellbeing and employment sectors.
You will build trusted relationships with partner organisations, coordinate referrals and help women navigate services to meet their individual needs, reducing isolation and improving outcomes for the Armed
