Community IV Nurse

Are you a Registered Nurse with IV therapy experience looking for a role that offers autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to make a genuine difference?

We're looking for a Clinical IV Nurse to provide specialist care, education, and ongoing support to patients receiving Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) in their own homes. This rewarding community-based role enables you to build lasting therapeutic relationships while empowering patients to manage complex nutritional therapy safely and confidently.

Working independently while supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

As a Clinical IV Nurse, you will support patients from the initiation of TPN therapy through to long-term management, providing clinical care, structured education, and regular follow-up visits in the community.

Working alongside dietitians, pharmacists, nutrition support teams and other healthcare professionals, you will ensure patients receive safe, effective, and personalised care while promoting independence and confidence in managing their treatment.

You will manage your own caseload and contribute to service development through audit, quality improvement, and clinical governance.
