Shop Assistant

Park Holidays UK is looking for a friendly and proactive Shop Assistant to join our retail team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, keeping the shop clean and tidy, and ensuring the store is well-stocked. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for helping customers.

• Serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring their needs are met.
• Inform customers about ongoing promotions and offers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Keep the shop clean and tidy throughout the day, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Regularly check and restock shelves to ensure products are always available.
• Stay updated on changing trends and customer preferences throughout the season.
• Engage with customers and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Problem‑solve proactively and communicate effectively.
• Adapt to changing tasks and work schedules.
• Maintain a friendly, outgoing, and professional approach.
• New hires will undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
