Finisterre is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our St Agnes store in Cornwall. You will lead daily operations, drive sales, manage costs, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences aligned with Finisterre’s brand values.
You will oversee rota planning, merchandising, and store presentation while building relationships with local surfers, clubs and partners to drive community engagement and footfall.
