Sales Executive – Truro

£25,000 Basic | £40,000 OTE | Full-Time

We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our thriving dealership in Truro. With a competitive £25,000 basic salary and realistic £40,000 on-target earnings, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm (1 weekday off)

Saturday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm (rota basis)

This role requires a professional approach, smart personal presentation, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage customers, understand their requirements, and build lasting relationships

* Become fully knowledgeable about our vehicle range, finance options, and additional products

* Match customers with the right vehicle and maximise sales opportunities through add-ons and services

* Arrange and conduct engaging test drives

* Manage enquiries across walk-ins, phone, and online channels

* Follow up leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the customer journey

* Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery

* Represent the dealership with professionalism and pride

What We’re Looking For

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Sales experience with a history of achieving targets

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Customer-focused and adaptable in a busy environment

* Eligibility to work in the UK

* Experience selling finance or insurance products (advantageous but not essential)
