Join our team as a Project Coordinator in Telecommunications. Assist with project planning, scheduling, and compliance to facilitate smooth operations and successful project delivery.
Reporting to the Manager Operations, you will support project execution through coordination of schedules and documentation.
Your role will require effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders, as well as management of site activities and inventory. A background in Civil or Construction Technology is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support project managers with data analysis and reporting
• Coordinate crew schedules and site previews
• Manage inventory of materials and tools
• Monitor equipment utilization and status
• Ensure proper storage and processing of materials
Requirements:
• Recent graduate in Civil or Construction Technology
• Experience in utility construction preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and MS Project
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and organized with strong adaptability
