Transform how customers leverage AI at Vena as a Product Adoption Lead.
This role offers flexibility to work fully remote while engaging with users to enhance AI feature adoption in daily tasks.
As a vital player in customer success, you will identify barriers to adoption and partner with Product and Engineering teams to drive resolutions. Your insights will directly contribute to improving the user experience and fostering a community of informed AI users, enhancing Vena’s reputation as a trusted platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate workshops to drive customer adoption
• Diagnose and resolve adoption blockers proactively
• Validate features and gather feedback from users
• Enable cross-functional teams with best practices
• Analyze adoption metrics to inform action plans
Requirements:
• 2–5 years in relevant roles within Customer Success
• Strong skills in customer engagement and facilitation
• Ability to act on insights from data tracking
• Experience with AI-driven products is preferred
• Understanding of SaaS growth landscapes
Promote effective AI utilization and customer engagement as part of Vena’s innovative Product Management team.
