Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer sales orders using ERP systems

• Verify purchase order accuracy for pricing and quantities

• Work closely with sales, production, and shipping teams

• Send order acknowledgments and delivery updates

• Address customer inquiries and discrepancies effectively

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in order entry or customer service

• Manufacturing experience preferred
