Location: North Glengarry
Elevate your holiday spirit at LCBO as a Holiday Customer Service Representative in Alexandria, Ontario. Engage customers and provide outstanding service from November 16 to December 31, 2026.
Join our team for a seasonal role focusing on exceptional customer experiences. You will support patrons by utilizing our POS system, maintain a clean and organized store, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Gain knowledge in beverages while participating in our Spirit of Sustainability campaign and making a positive impact this holiday season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers efficiently with our POS system
• Request donations for our Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Participate in Customer Experience initiatives
• Receive inventory and replenish stock on shelves
• Lift packages up to 40 lbs./18 kg regularly
Requirements:
• Legally permitted to work in Canada
• At least 18 years old
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Bilingualism in English and French is a bonus
• Availability on weekends and holidays required
