Compensation:
The salary range for this role is CAD $98,600 - $131,400. This role is current and available for applications.
Evonik Morrisburg site
, is located just north of the St. Lawrence River and approximately one hour (80 km) south of Ottawa, 1.5 hours west of Montreal, and 3.5 hours east of Toronto. The site employs around 30 people and is a chemical manufacturing process that produces oil additives that improve the flow of oil at low temperatures and ensure adequate lubrication at high temperatures.
In finished lubricants, these additives are optimally formulated to help reduce fuel consumption, reflecting Evonik’s focus on resource efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Qualifications/Requirements
BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
10-15 years experience in plant, project management, engineering or process related assignment.
5+ years experience in implementing/managing projects from concept to funds approval, construction, and commissioning.
Strong technical and interpersonal, organizational, team and performance management skills
Strong knowledge of EHS systems, management of change, and risk analysis
Knowledge of ISO systems;
Knowledge of SAP;
Knowledge of plant maintenance
Awareness/experience with construction of projects in industrial establishments and knowledge of O.Reg 213 (Construction Projects) would be beneficial.
