SE Health is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Personal Support Worker in Community Care. This position is vital in fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients. Flexible scheduling allows for effective work-life balance and essential client care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver focused personal care and assistance to clients
• Facilitate mobility support and daily activities
• Maintain client health and wellness oversight
• Document services provided and client requests
• Respond to client emergencies or needs promptly
Requirements:
• Valid PSW certification required
• Able to travel between client locations as needed
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Immunization compliance (MMR, Varicella)
• Must be available for night shifts and weekends
