Elevate IT support at Primacorp Ventures, an independent education leader. This full-time, onsite Technical Support Tier II role offers diverse responsibilities across various locations.

As a Technical Support Tier II at Primacorp, your expertise is crucial for maintaining and troubleshooting essential IT systems and user support. You will configure workstations, diagnose software and hardware issues, and oversee technical documentation.

Your role enhances operational efficiency and helps onboard new staff in Brockville, Morrisburg, Renfrew, and Pembroke.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain workstations, laptops, and AV systems

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

• Ensure compliance with security and operational standards

• Provide technical support and training to employees

• Track IT assets and coordinate equipment deployments

Requirements:

• Completed post-secondary education in IT or relevant field

• 1-3 years of IT support experience required

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

• Ability to travel between locations as needed
