Support end users as a Junior IT Technician in Sandringham, Johannesburg. Focus on resolving technical issues, managing hardware, and ensuring optimal operation of IT systems.

This full-time, fixed-term position involves providing vital IT support and troubleshooting technical problems. You will be responsible for maintaining hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Key responsibilities include ticket resolution, hardware ordering, and provisioning equipment for new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and close IT support tickets promptly

• Assist in ordering hardware and managing stock levels

• Provision IT equipment and software for newcomers

• Build and reinstall PCs, including Microsoft Windows

• Troubleshoot networking and telephony issues

Requirements:

• A+ and N+ Certification required

• Valid driver’s license and own transportation

• 2-3 years of related IT experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and 365 apps

• Availability for potential after-hours work
