Provide essential IT support in Sandringham, Johannesburg, as a Junior IT Technician. Focus on fixing technical issues and maintaining IT hardware and software.

This full-time, fixed-term role entails assisting with IT support tasks, including responding to help desk tickets and ensuring smooth system operations. You will help build equipment for new hires and uphold network infrastructure while keeping track of essential hardware supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve IT support tickets efficiently

• Assist in hardware procurement and stock maintenance

• Ready IT equipment for onboarding new staff

• Build computers and manage software installations

• Provide resident and staff Wi-Fi support

Requirements:

• Must possess A+ and N+ Certification

• Valid driver’s license and own transport required

• 2-3 years relevant IT experience

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows operating systems

• Willingness for after-hours or weekend shifts
