Allstate is seeking a Property Field Claims Manager to oversee its operations in Ontario, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Property Claims. You'll focus on coaching Field Advisors and improving customer experiences while managing claim processes strategically. Your insights will be essential in making operational adjustments for a highly engaged and productive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Property Field Advisors

• Drive performance against key business metrics

• Provide technical guidance on property claims handling

• Champion customer service through efficient claim resolutions

• Support operational readiness during catastrophe events

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Property Claims with leadership experience

• Strong understanding of claims processes and resolutions

• Proven coaching and team performance skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Valid driver's license with travel capability across Ontario
