Location: Sandringham
Manage culinary excellence in large-scale food production as a Catering Production Supervisor in Sandringham. Ensure quality and compliance in a Kosher kitchen, producing approximately 65,000 meals every month.
In this permanent position, you will utilize your high-volume food production experience to coordinate cooking, portioning, and effective distribution. Overseeing bakery operations and supervising a diverse team of 30, you will uphold food safety standards and perform quality control checks throughout production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules
• Oversee production flow ensuring consistency and safety
• Implement food safety protocols including HACCP
• Maintain detailed production and temperature records
• Direct bakery production of various baked goods
Requirements:
• At least 3 years’ experience in food production
• Supervision experience of 10 staff or more
• Experience with HACCP required
• Hands-on bakery production history is a must
• Mandatory Food Handlers Certificate
Lead a team dedicated to exceptional food service and quality in catering production.
