Lead vital safety initiatives as a Safety, Health & Environment Manager in Cornwall, ON. This full-time role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in a top manufacturing firm.

In this permanent, on-site position, you will collaborate with the corporate management team to oversee SHE programs and compliance across multiple locations. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, your insights will influence organizational safety strategies and employee well-being. Experience impactful leadership as you drive safety programs that genuinely reduce risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on operational impacts

• Oversee incident investigations and hazard communication

• Deliver training on WHMIS and emergency protocols

• Liaise with agencies like MOL, WSIB, and OSHA

• Review incident data to implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety

• 7 to 10 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting

• CRSP and/or CHSC designation preferred

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Strong analytical mindset for implementing SHE programs
