Be a pivotal force in dairy quality as a Supervisor in Lactalis Canada's quality lab. Oversee testing protocols and ensure the safety and excellence of Canada’s top dairy brands.
As a Quality Supervisor, you will lead lab operations, supervise technicians, and ensure compliance with governmental regulations. Your expertise will provide guidance on best practices in testing, safety protocols, and quality assurance, while fostering positive relationships among team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee lab operations and employee training
• Implement food safety audits and corrective actions
• Monitor compliance with quality specifications
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure timely testing of ingredients and final products
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Dairy or Food Science
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a quality role
• Knowledge of quality assurance programs like HACCP
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP systems
