As a Quality Supervisor, you will lead team activities in the Quality lab, supervising technicians and ensuring compliance with corporate quality programs. In this role, you'll navigate key areas such as GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements, guaranteeing efficiency in testing processes. You will also promote a culture of safety and teamwork within the lab environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise lab operations and ensure compliance
• Conduct timely testing of ingredients and products
• Provide leadership and training to lab employees
• Ensure completion of food quality audits
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Dairy or Food Science
• Three years of Quality Control experience
• Knowledge of quality assurance programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in standard office technology
