Dairy R&D Innovation Intern Ingleside

Build dairy research experience at Lactalis Canada’s Ingleside Plant through product trials, formula analysis, and technical R&D support.

As a Product Development Intern, you will support R&D team members working on new products and product renovations. Your assignments include laboratory experiments, bench-top analysis, prototype scale-up, and formulation documentation. This opportunity is intended for students studying food science, dairy, chemistry, microbiology, engineering, or a related field.

• Support sampling plans during laboratory and production experiments
• Analyze formulas for processing and manufacturing commissioning
• Support trials introducing new or renovated products
• Document formulations and raw ingredient specifications accurately
• Ensure quality guides every assigned activity

• Current post-secondary student in a related field
• Strong discipline knowledge in food or dairy science
• Effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication
• Excellent organization across multiple project assignments
• Open-minded collaborative approach with team members
