First Student is now hiring a 310T Licensed Mechanic to join our shop in Cornwall, Ontario
. As a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll help ensure the safety and reliability of our iconic yellow school buses—making a real difference in your community every day.

As a First Student Mechanic, you’ll be responsible for:
Performing routine maintenance and repairs on brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, and transmissionsDiagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issuesCompleting work orders and documentationAssisting with mobile emergency repairs as neededWhat We’re Looking For:
You may be a great fit if you:
Hold a valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician licenseHave experience with diesel, automotive, electric, or CNG vehiclesPossess a valid driver’s license and are willing to obtain a CDL (we’ll train you!)Own a complete set of mechanic’s toolsAre safety-focused and eager to grow your skills through ASE testingApply today and get your career on the road with First Student!
