Warehouse Supervisor - NAPA Distribution Center

Location: Long Sault

NAPA seeks a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor for afternoon shifts at its Long Sault distribution center. Oversee daily operations, team coordination, and compliance to ensure safety and efficiency.

In this crucial role, you will coordinate the warehouse team’s efforts during the shift from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am, Monday through Friday. You will be pivotal in managing receiving, shelving, picking, and shipping processes while ensuring operation efficacy and adherence to safety protocols. Clear communication with other departments is essential to achieving customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise distribution center team activities

• Manage daily warehouse operations effectively

• Organize receipt, shelving, picking, and shipping

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Facilitate communication for outstanding customer service

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in distribution supervision

• Unionized work experience is beneficial

• Strong diligence in organization and control

• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus

• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
