Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver consultations in the Geriatric Day Hospital

• Provide diabetes care at the Diabetes Education Clinic

• Conduct rapid assessments for urgent internal cases

• Maintain an acute consultative presence in the hospital

• Use advanced imaging and diagnostic tools

Requirements:

• Eligible for Ontario CPSO registration

• Fellowship in Internal Medicine from RCPSC or similar

• Proven competencies in chronic disease management

• Comfortable with acute medical procedures

• Team-oriented in a collaborative healthcare environment
