Part-Time Junior FSL Teacher

Join the CDSBEO as a Part-Time Junior FSL Teacher e CS in Cornwall. This long-term occasional position offers a unique opportunity to teach French as a Second Language to elementary students.

The Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario (CDSBEO) is seeking a qualified educator for a 0.50 FTE assignment, effective September 1, 2026, through June 25, 2027. You will engage with students in a supportive environment and contribute to their linguistic development. To qualify, an Ontario College of Teacher's Certificate and specialization in French are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging FSL lessons to elementary students

• Assess and evaluate student progress in language acquisition

• Collaborate with fellow educators to support curriculum goals

• Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning

• Participate in staff meetings and professional development

Requirements:

• Ontario College of Teacher's Certificate required
