In this impactful role, you will supervise frontline clinicians, offering guidance on complex behavioural interventions. Your expertise in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) will drive assessment, treatment programming, and clinical consultation for families and community partners. Previous experience in behavioural management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate therapeutic interventions based on ABA practices

• Provide clinical supervision to behaviour therapists and ensure accountability

• Conduct assessments and prepare formal documentation for client care

• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and initiatives

• Deliver staff training in problem behaviour intervention techniques

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Applied Disabilities Studies or related field

• Registered Behaviour Analyst in good standing

• Five years in behavioural-management consulting

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Valid Ontario driver’s license and willingness to travel
