Registered Dietitian Position

Become a vital part of Southbridge’s nutrition team in Cornwall, ON, as a Registered Dietitian. Provide expert nutritional care and assessments to enhance residents' health and wellbeing.

This permanent, full-time role involves working closely with the Clinical Team, where you'll advise on nutrition and hydration programs. Your expertise will guide the Food Service Manager and Director of Care in developing individualized diet plans. Experience is key in assessing residents using RAI MDS 2.0 and determining personalized nutritional interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult on nutrition and hydration program needs

• Conduct nutritional assessments using RAI MDS 2.0

• Develop and implement nutritional care plans

• Communicate with Food Service Manager on resident needs

• Provide nutrition education to residents and families

Requirements:

• Registered Dietitian with College of Dietitians of Ontario eligibility

• 3-5 years' long-term care experience preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and RAI MDS 2.0

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Customer-focused attitude for team collaboration
