Position: Full-Time Dietitian at Southbridge
Make a difference at Southbridge Cornwall as a full-time Dietitian, focusing on the nutritional well-being of residents. Join our dedicated team and enrich lives through dietary excellence.

As a vital member of the Clinical Team, you will assess and address individual dietary needs, collaborating with the Food Service Manager to implement effective nutrition care plans.

Your role will also involve evaluating seasonal menus and providing nutrition education to residents and their families, fostering a comprehensive approach to care in our long-term facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess nutritional needs and create personalized plans

• Review and approve seasonal menus for residents

• Educate families about nutrition and dietary choices

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on resident care

• Maintain effective communication regarding dietary changes

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Dietitian, eligible in Ontario

• Experience in long-term care preferred (3-5 years)

• Familiarity with RAI MDS 2.0 and Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Customer-focused approach with effective relationship building
