Position OverviewAs we continue to grow and transform our operations, we're hiring a Procurement & Warehouse Manager to lead our raw material sourcing and inventory operations. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring a reliable, cost-effective supply of raw materials while optimizing warehouse operations to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will play a critical role in strengthening supplier partnerships, improving cost competitiveness, and driving efficiency across procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities Procurement Leadership- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for raw materials aligned with business objectives
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements with key suppliers
- Monitor market trends, risks, and commodity movements to proactively manage cost and supply
- Ensure continuity of supply while maintaining optimal inventory levels
- Identify and implement cost reduction and value engineering initiatives
- Lead and optimize warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and material flow
- Ensure accurate inventory control and cycle counting processes
- Improve warehouse layout, efficiency, and material handling systems
- Collaborate with operations to support production planning and minimize disruptions
- Partner with Operations, Finance, and Sales to align supply chain priorities
- Support new product development and qualification of new suppliers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and logistics
- Lead, coach, and develop purchasing and warehouse team members
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5–10 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts
- Experience overseeing warehouse operations and inventory control
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Must be local to the Cornwall area and/or committed to relocating to the Cornwall area
- Experience in raw material procurement for industrial supply chains
- Solid understanding of cost drivers and commodity markets
- Hands‑on leader with a “can‑do” attitude and operational mindset
- Ability to drive change and implement process improvements
