Position: Procurement Leadership Role
Join Morbern as a Procurement & Warehouse Manager, overseeing raw material sourcing and inventory management. Your leadership will enhance supplier partnerships and operational success.
In this role, you'll be pivotal in managing the supply chain by executing sourcing strategies aligned with Morbern’s objectives. You'll negotiate contracts, monitor market trends, and optimize warehouse operations. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement across procurement and logistics, essential for our growth in the coated fabrics market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute sourcing strategies for raw materials

• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers

• Ensure continuity of supply with optimal inventory

• Optimize warehouse operations and layout

• Lead cross-functional supply chain collaboration
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or equivalent

• 5–10 years in procurement within manufacturing

• Strong supplier management and negotiation experience

• Proven inventory control expertise

• Willing to relocate to Cornwall if not local
