Machine Operator - Molder

Position: Machine Operator - Molder ON
Join Xactics as a Machine Operator - Molder in Cornwall, ON. Work the night shift, processing raw materials into molded products with an emphasis on safety and precision.

In this role with Xactics, part of a leading rotational molding firm, you will manage the operation of molding machines. Responsibilities include weighing materials accurately, changing molds, and maintaining safe work conditions. You will frequently use hand tools and lifting devices to execute tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control and operate molding equipment daily

• Weigh and mix resin and colorant as needed

• Assist with loading and unloading molds

• Process any scrap material produced

• Ensure a safe and clean working environment

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience

• Proficient with production tools and equipment

• Must be comfortable working at heights

• Strong ability to follow work orders

• Good communication skills, English required
