At SJCCC, your focus will be on assessing residents’ needs and developing tailored care plans that promote their overall well-being. You will administer medications, supervise Personal Support Workers, and communicate effectively with families about resident care. Deliver specialized care including injections and palliative support, while maintaining compliance with Ministry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess resident needs and create individualized care plans

• Document medication administration and care provided

• Supervise PSWs to ensure regulated care delivery

• Schedule and coordinate residents' medical appointments

• Provide specialized nursing care, including ostomy care

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse

• Valid annual CPR certification

• Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset

• Commitment to resident-centered compassionate care

• Understanding of CNO standards and processes
