We're seeking a responsible and fit Course Guide for outdoor activities in Cornwall. Candidates should possess excellent people skills and readiness to work shifts from 9 am to 8 pm, Monday to Sunday, during the season. Responsibilities include fitting gear, evaluating participants' ability, and conducting safety training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact professionally with course participants

• Fit participants with gear and train on course navigation

• Evaluate participant abilities and provide feedback

• Assist struggling participants and perform rescues

• Inspect and tidy up the course as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years

• Current Emergency First Aid Training

• Ability to work outdoors and at heights over 40ft

• Problem solver with excellent communication skills

• Reliable transportation to Cornwall
