This new appointment within the Duchy of Cornwall will serve as a key link between the instructing Chartered Surveyors and the external Duchy Solicitor with a focus on managing and progressing complex property transactions across the diverse Duchy of Cornwall Estate portfolio.

• Work at pace on transactions involving the purchase, sale and leasing of rural, commercial and residential properties.
• Support colleagues on areas such as landlord and tenant, renewables and the carbon reduction programme.
• Manage numerous transactions simultaneously, keeping deals moving forward and providing expert advice.
• Engage with colleagues and stakeholders and take the lead on projects, with excellent communication at the core.
• Attend occasional meetings, site visits and other Duchy offices as required.

• Qualified Chartered Surveyor with experience in land agency and commercial property matters.
• Knowledge of landlord and tenant in relation to rural, commercial and residential properties is essential.
