This strategic pre-sales role requires an exceptional communicator with a strong desire to succeed in sales, while helping the team generate more business opportunities and revenue. The role is diverse and demanding, requiring experience in following up on inbound leads, customer service, account management, and technical acumen to position and sell a portfolio of cloud-based business apps.

What you will do:

An SDR makes initial contact with prospective customers who have started a software trial of our products, ensuring a positive first impression. Once contact is established, the SDR qualifies the prospect through a series of questions and forwards qualified leads to an Account Executive. This is a volume-based role; the more contacts made, the greater the success for all involved.

Responsibilities:

  • Connect with as many leads as possible, making up to 50+ calls and emails per day.
  • Introduce prospects to the appropriate team member.
  • Gather preliminary information about their business.
  • Ask qualifying questions to determine which team or product best suits the prospect.
  • Follow up with interested leads who did not purchase.
  • Maintain a clean and complete CRM database.

What you bring to the table:

  • 1-2 years of professional sales or pre-sales experience in a technology setting or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fully bilingual.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Go-getter attitude with a strong commitment to building a long-term sales career.
  • Strong technical competency with business software, including CRM.
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly and convey features and benefits to customers.
  • Passion for sales and sales processes.
  • Highly organized and adaptable to different cultures and changing priorities.
