New Way Trucking is hiring experienced Class 1 drivers to operate our modern fleet while ensuring safety and efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate logbooks and conducting necessary safety checks. The position comes with performance incentives and benefits to enhance work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently drive Class 1 tractor-trailer combinations
• Effective communication with dispatch and customers
• Maintain accurate logbooks for all trips
• Conduct routine inspections and safety compliance
• Manage freight hauling for key clients
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid Class 1 driver's license
• No more than 2 demerit points on your record
• Clean criminal background check is mandatory
• No license suspensions
• Familiarity with Reefer/Dry Van trailers preferred
