Business Solutions Manager @ Ledgent Finance & Accounting

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Clerk to join our team. This role combines strong customer service skills with accounting expertise to ensure smooth financial operations and excellent client support.

Responsibilities
  • Review and process vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and assist with month-end closing.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Acumatica ERP (must-have).
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable
    , invoice processing, and reconciliations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
  • Basic knowledge of GAAP principles is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
    Associate's or bachelor's in accounting preferred.
  • Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong data entry and accuracy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
