Overview

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for efficiently and accurately keyboarding information into the company's computer system(s).

Responsibilities
  • Open & sort mail
  • Sort & upload vehicle record documents
  • Record Repair & Maintenance vehicle records
  • Prepare vehicle registration monthly report
  • Mainly office environment with a possibility of driving company owned vehicles to pick up or drop off as needed.
  • Other fleet duties as needed
Skills / Other
  • Excellent keyboarding skills exhibiting speed and accuracy (minimum typing speed 65 wpm).
  • Able to take direction well
  • Able to work independently.
  • Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confidentiality.
Experience
  • 1 Year of work experience involving computer entry or typing
Education/ Training
  • High school graduate, required.
  • Computer proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases is a plus.
  • Valid drivers license and clean MVR required.
