Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Corona, CA. This role is ideal for a bilingual English and Spanish administrative professional who enjoys being the first point of contact, supporting daily office operations, and creating a welcoming experience for visitors, callers, and internal teams. The Receptionist will play an important role in keeping the front office organized, responsive, and customer-focused.

This opportunity offers the chance to build long-term stability in a professional business services environment where communication, reliability, teamwork, and excellent service are valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors, clients, vendors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls while providing accurate information.
  • Support general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and office organization.
  • Maintain the reception area and help ensure a professional front-office environment.
  • Assist with scheduling, messages, mail distribution, and other clerical support as needed.
  • Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with callers, visitors, and team members.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $18 to $20 per hour.

For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, Apple One is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Manage front desk reception and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
  • Provide bilingual communication support in English and Spanish.
  • Assist with daily administrative support, clerical tasks, and office coordination.
  • Maintain organized front-office operations and professional customer service.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • 1 to 2 years of receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or clerical experience preferred.
  • Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize daily office needs.
  • Comfortable using basic office equipment and standard computer applications.
  • Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a business services or professional office environment.
  • Experience supporting a busy front desk or multi-line phone system.
  • Positive attitude with a strong desire to grow into a long-term administrative role.
