Customer Service Rep

• Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of products and to develop customer service skills.
• Resolving phone, walk-in, live chat, mail and email customer inquiries.
• Identifying customer needs.
• Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
• Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
• Providing outstanding customer service.
• Updating customer information as required.
• Maintaining confidentiality of information.
• Performing other duties as the need arises.

Looking for a multi-tasking team player with customer service experience and basic knowledge of computers and web-based applications. You must be able to communicate well in person and over the phone and bilingual communication is a plus but not necessary.

Reliable transportation is a must.

Candidates must be able to work shifts 9 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday. No weekends.

Outgoing, patient, friendly, detail oriented, be team focused and have a positive disposition.
