Our office, Minutello Periodontics, in Corona CA, is seeking a caring and conscientious professional to join our team and be a vital part of our family‑owned surgery practice. We are a private and professional periodontal practice located in Corona serving our community for over 30 years.

Shift
Schedule:
Mon‑Thu 8:15 am‑5:15 pm;
Fri 7:30 am‑2:30 pm.
You will be responsible for creating a positive and lasting first impression. The ideal candidate should balance customer focus with clerical management, handle complaints, and provide accurate information, ensuring patients and visitors feel comfortable and valued.
- Welcoming patients to the dental office
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Answering all incoming calls and redirecting or keeping messages
- Checking, sorting, and forwarding emails
- Keeping updated records and files
- Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
- Occasional travel to our Cape Coral and Naples location as needed
You will also help facilitate and coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.
Your BackgroundYou are a resourceful Patient Care Coordinator who strives to ensure patients receive the experience they deserve. You are a team player, adaptable to new and challenging tasks, and an enthusiastic, collaborative problem‑solver who proactively strives for excellence. Your qualifications include:
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a front‑desk representative, agent, or related position
- Familiarity with office equipment (fax, printer, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking abilities
- Problem‑solving skills
- High‑school diploma
- Motivation to help patients

Position Base Pay Range: $24–$25 USD per hour.
