Patient Care Coordinator

Minutello Periodontics, a private, family‑owned periodontal practice in Corona, CA, has served the community for over 30 years. We are hiring a caring, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team and help provide excellent patient care.

Work‑life balance is a priority:
Mon‑Thu 8:15 am‑5:15 pm;
Fri 7:30 am‑2:30 pm.

• Welcoming patients to the dental office
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages
• Checking, sorting and forwarding emails
• Keeping records and files updated
• Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
• Some travel to our Cape Coral and Naples location as needed
• Assisting with other office responsibilities as needed

• 1 year of proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, etc.)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi‑tasking abilities
• Problem‑solving skills
• Customer service orientation
• A high school diploma
• Desire to help your patients

Position Base Pay Range: $24 USD - $25 USD
