Assistant Architect

• Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, project managers, and site supervisors.
• Oversee and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, including interior designers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and present design proposals, detailed drawings, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits to ensure project adherence to design specifications, timelines, and budget.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to continuously elevate Beyond Box’s design standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to create high-quality, realistic assets that align with project specifications.
• Candidates must possess a good understanding of interior and exterior design to perform any other responsibilities assigned by the lead architect.
• Skilled in using tools such as Google Sheets/Excel and Discord.

• Bachelor of Architecture from any reputed university

• 2+ years

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-Ray, Corona/Lumion/D5/Enscape/Sketchup
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop (must); knowledge of After Effects is a bonus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and inspire a design team.
• Innovative mindset for sustainable and future-proof solutions.
• Negotiable

• 10 AM – 7 PM
• Weekend:
  Friday (Might change if any project duty occurs)
