Senior Plumbing Designer/Engineer

Base salary range: $110,000-$130,000 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. You may also earn performance-based bonuses.

Our offices in Irvine, Phoenix, or Corona, CA are seeking a Plumbing Designer to join our growing team. The role focuses on designing plumbing systems for building projects such as apartment buildings, retail/commercial spaces, hospitals, and educational facilities using Revit and AutoCAD.

Travel:
Up to 20%

• Design plumbing systems for a variety of building types.
• Develop system design calculations and select equipment for use in buildings.
• Prepare detailed design documents.
• Write/edit specifications.
• Research code compliance.
• Coordinate work with other disciplines.
• Conduct site surveys to determine and document existing conditions.
• Provide construction administration services.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• LEED certification/experience is a plus; PE/EIT preferred.
• Familiarity with codes, standards, and design guidelines.
• Excellent work ethic and attitude.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to plan, balance, and prioritize work.
