Join International Line Builders Inc. as a Project Engineer to support construction projects with design tracking, coordination, and technical assistance.

The Project Engineer ensures design consistency, manages construction documents, tracks job costs, and supports project scheduling.

• Provide technical support for construction, including participation in construction planning and design.
• Review and understand project drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and document job costs, contract design changes, and updates.
• Prepare submittals and write RFIs to the client.
• Maintain project logs for change orders, submittals, and RFIs.
• Assist in project planning and schedule maintenance.
• Support punch list completion and close‑out.
• Drive to job sites as required.
• Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of engineering principles.
• Experience with project design and construction coordination.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with Spectrum and Change Order Pro.

• Construction schedule analysis.
• Document control and cost tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, self‑motivated team player.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization.
• Understanding of standard operating policies.
• Integrity, professionalism, confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Travel to sites as needed.
• Background checks if required for security‑sensitive locations.

• Salary range: $72,000–$95,000 annually.
