Title: Process Engineer
Reports to: CTO
Department: Engineering
Location: Corona, CA
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

• Design and implement mechanical solutions for tooling, fixtures, and material handling.
• Integrate and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen‑Bradley or Siemens) and automation equipment to improve process reliability.
• Develop and maintain CAD models and detailed drawings using Solid Works and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement Lean/Kaizen improvements.
• Support installation, start‑up, and qualification of automated machinery and mechanical systems.
• Create SOPs, preventive maintenance schedules, and technical documentation for production and maintenance teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis and apply Six Sigma methodologies to reduce defects and improve efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical engineering and PLC integration experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Solid Works and AutoCAD for mechanical design.
• Hands‑on experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen‑Bradley or Siemens preferred).
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
