Job DetailsTitle: Process Engineer
Reports to: CTO
Department: Engineering
Location: Corona, CA
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year
- Design and implement mechanical solutions for tooling, fixtures, and material handling.
- Integrate and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen‑Bradley or Siemens) and automation equipment to improve process reliability.
- Develop and maintain CAD models and detailed drawings using Solid Works and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement Lean/Kaizen improvements.
- Support installation, start‑up, and qualification of automated machinery and mechanical systems.
- Create SOPs, preventive maintenance schedules, and technical documentation for production and maintenance teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis and apply Six Sigma methodologies to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of mechanical engineering and PLC integration experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Solid Works and AutoCAD for mechanical design.
- Hands‑on experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen‑Bradley or Siemens preferred).
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
